Effective managers transform difficult challenges into strategic improvements that benefit and lift the performance of their organisation. You will learn practical skills and management tools to give you the confidence and knowledge to perform in your job and to evaluate the work of others. You will also learn how to facilitate effective communication in your team and provide your team members with the guidance and support that they need to excel.

The Diploma of Management is part of the new BSB07 Business Skills Package and replaces the Diploma of Business (Frontline Management). This follows the review undertaken by the Innovation & Business Skills Australia Advisory Board (IBSA).
